Articles and Resources in Observance of Mental Health Month

May is Mental Health Awareness month which seeks to raise awareness and reduce stigma around mental illness and connecting to support. This year’s theme is *Take The Moment,* normalizing the practice of taking moments to prioritize mental health care without guilt or shame.

Below are some articles and resources for parents:
  • help identify warning signs and symptoms if you have a question or concern about your child, tween, or teen’s wellbeing
  • how to start conversations and keep lines of communication open
  • ways to listen, connect, respond, and support
If you would like to talk further or need additional resources, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
