In the coming months, we will integrate our website database directory with MyBackPack, which you used earlier this year to update your student contact information and to download your supplemental enrollment forms. In preparation for the integration of the two databases, we have reset your website user name so that it is identical to the user name you were issued for the MyBackPack database last spring. If you have forgotten your log-in information, or you need to set this up, you may do so on the website. Because the databases will be integrated soon, we would recommend that you set your password to be identical to the password you used for MyBackPack.

If you need to update your contact information, you will need to do this through MyBackPack. Click here to go to MyBackPack or view the link anytime at www.friendsseminary.org.

The new version of the directory features these exciting updates:

• The ability to search for members of the community more comprehensively, including by homeroom, advisor, grade level, gender, city, and zip code
• The ability to view maps of individuals or groups from the directory
• The ability to print or create a pdf of the entire directory, or a select groups of contacts, with multiple printing and viewing style options
• Full integration with the student information database MyBackpack by the end of October, which means that your contact information updates will appear in the directory within 24 hours

These new improvements have allowed us to further our environmental mission and, once again, to avoid producing a printed version of the directory.
    
In addition, you can download an app for your iPhone/Pad at the app store allowing you to access the directory on your device. If you have already downloaded the app, you will need to log-off and log back in to download the updated directory. For more information about the app click here.
