Aid for Typhoon Haiyan

As the Philippines continues to deal with the aftermath of Typhoon Haiyan, many within the Friends community have asked about offering support to survivors. While the School has no plans to coordinate any drives or direct fundraisers, those interested in outreach efforts should check the New York Times list of relief organizations working in the region. Friends cannot certify the charities’ fund allocations or administrative costs. More information about giving is available online from the GuideStar database of nonprofit agencies.
