Friends Alumni Connect at Net @ Night

On February 12, about 80 alumni of Friends Seminary and Sidwell Friends School gathered for Net @ Night, a networking event designed to help alumni make meaningful connections for professional growth and collaboration.
Participants were grouped based on industry. Career clusters included: marketing and media, writing and editing, entertainment, real estate, technology, business, education, nonprofits, government and law. Entrepreneur Michio Aida '00 said, "It gave me a great opportunity to network with other alumni and share our career experiences." Neil Blumenthal '98 hosted the event at his Warby Parker Washington Street showroom and Josh Griffiths of KG Fare catered.

The next Net @ Night is planned for Fall 2014. Details will be shared in a future alumni newsletter as the date nears.
