At Friends, we seek to ensure that affording the academic experience is accessible to all families, regardless of their economic background. Below you’ll find the total cost of the 2019-2020 school year at Friends, including tuition, fees, books, breakfast and lunch, and all required trips.
Depending on students’ engagement in school life, there may be additional costs beyond tuition for optional experiences, like our global education trips or our after school programming. Financial Aid
is available towards the total cost of tuition and fees and for families who receive financial aid, we offer support for almost anything for which there is a cost beyond tuition, to ensure all our students have access to the full depth and breadth of the Friends experience.

*In the Upper School, certain books and lunch (an optional fee) are not included in tuition and are additional costs.
Upon enrollment or re-enrollment, we require a deposit of $10,000 for returning families and $13,000 for new families. For families receiving financial aid, the deposit amount is adjusted to reflect their aid amount. To ensure families have a variety of ways to manage their balance, Friends offers three payment plans: a one installment plan, a two installment plan and a nine installment plan determined upon enrollment.
