"We prepare students to engage in the world that is and to help bring about a world that ought to be."

Give

Philanthropic support from alumni of all class years is vital to preserving the educational tradition at Friends Seminary.
All alumni are asked to demonstate support for Friends by contributing to the Annual Fund each year. Annual giving funds faculty salaries, financial aid and programs that make Friends a most unique institution. Alumni participation serves as the most visible indication of community-wide support and is often considered by philanthropic organizations as they evaluate making grants to the School. In this respect, the impact of making a gift is often much greater than the amount of the gift itself.

Contributions at every giving level help ensure the best possible Friends Seminary education for students today. Every donation makes a difference and high alumni participation speaks to the value of a Friends Seminary education.

The most loyal donors, those who have contributed to Friends for 25 years or more, are recognized as members of the Cornerstone Society. To learn about giving options, visit the Annual Fund page or the Planned Giving page.

Friends Seminary — the oldest continuously operated, coeducational school in NYC — serves college-bound day students in Kindergarten-Grade 12.
