Sacred Ally Quilt Exhibit and Community Piece/Peace- Making initiative

This Zoom event, hosted during Reunion Weekend, live from our Meeting House, will be a community-wide event that connects participants with alumna, Reverend Mark Koyoma (Class of ‘84), founder of the Sacred Ally Quilt Project. Rev. Koyoma will showcase 10 of the quilts, while in discussion with students from the Fiber Arts and Religion and Social Justice courses. Following the talk, participants will have the opportunity to use their hands in a Piece/Peace-Making Activity. Created art will be added to a lobby display. Family-friendly event.
