"We prepare students to engage in the world that is and to help bring about a world that ought to be."

Grateful for Gordon

After 43 years of service to Friends Seminary, Gordon Hulse retired from the School on Wednesday, January 22, 2020. In recognition of his innumerable contributions to keeping the School running—during construction, hurricanes, snowstorms and the like—the community celebrated him on Wednesday, which Bo has declared “Gordon Hulse Day.” Click here to see how students and teachers acknowledged and appreciated Gordon!
