The Upper School Library and Information program helps students become creators of knowledge and participants in the global community of scholars. Upper School students learn advanced research skills that will enable them to succeed in college and in the challenges of life-long learning.

Some examples of Upper School Library experiences include: searching news databases to find recent articles on social and political issues with global implications, using periodicals to research and analyze environmental issues, and using concordances and specialized dictionaries to complete essays related to Bible studies and Shakespeare.

Upper School students learn techniques for evaluating the scholarly usefulness of web sites, how to search the internet for academic information, and how to document their research in keeping with the principles of academic integrity.
