YPI Grant Competition

The community is invited to Zoom in to the 9th-grade Youth Philanthropy Initiative grant competition. The 9th-grade History students and their teachers have selected the finalists who will be competing for three grant awards totaling $7,000. The grant money will go directly to the nonprofit organizations these teams represent. Audience participation through online polling will help judges, including representatives from NYC's philanthropic sector, make final decisions. The YPI grant competition is in its ninth year and has become an integral piece of the school's service-learning program. All ages welcome!
