Gideon Gil

Gideon is an Executive Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group focused on raising debt and equity for client properties throughout the New York City and Washington D.C. metro areas. Gideon has been an advisor to or a principal investor in over $5 billion of commercial real estate transactions throughout his career. He is a member of the Advisory Board of the Paul Milstein Center for Real Estate at Columbia Business School. Gideon holds a B.S. from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School. He is the father of Maia ‘23, Jake ’24, Charlie ’26 and Levi '29.
